The fact that in episode 10 Milly so casually and light heartedly suggests that maybe Wolfwood “is an ex-gunman”, which, while not totally correct, is a lot closer to the truth than what he had been saying, means so much to my stupid Milly-pilled brain.

I just like that she has him all figured out and while she occasionally kinda teases, she’s mostly just kind and accepting of who he is. And she doesn’t feel the need to flaunt it or be patted on the back. And she doesn’t use it to have power over him. Wolfwood has been used over and over again by everyone from Chapel to Knives and has probably had the orphanage used as leverage numerous times. So he becomes closed off and secretive and pretends not to care. And here’s someone who has him in the palm of her hand and instead of crushing him she just kinda…like holds him like a cute ladybug. Anyway I’m terminally deranged about them and haven’t slept so Wolfwood is a ladybug now.

Wolfwood is such an overworked mother. The poor man is doing everything he can to take care of a bunch of orphans. Maybe someone (Vash) should step up and help him out.
