Ok more on MW!Lifeweaver basically being Poison Ivy but with more specification. Along with what I think MW!Mei is like cause I also see a Poison Ivy Parallel with her.

The thing is with a mirror verse is that yes, it is a twisting of morals and that is mainly what is focused on, but it can also be a twisting of key moments or key characteristics of a character. A good example of this is Tracer, from what we know Lena's backstory is the same up until her accident, to which the key twist is her reaction to what happened to her. Instead of hope she turned to anger and vengeance.

Now let's look at Lifeweaver and Mei in this context;

The mirror version of Lifeweaver would very obviously still be with Vishkar, but there is also the fact that there needs to be more then that otherwise he just turns into Symmetra. Another key part of Lifeweaver is that he cares a lot not just about the environment but people. A twisted version of that would be apathy. He would know that Vishkar is a shitty company, an organization that does more bad then good, he just wouldn't care. I also think that Biolight would be a result of him experimenting with plants (specifically poisonous ones like @dawnthefox24 suggested). However I think that Niran's apathy in this universe would prevent him from moving up in Vishkar, yes I think he'd be high ranking and yes I think he'd work with Talon (he'd probably like it more in Talon), but he wouldn't be an elite. Honestly I could see him only really being present at meetings as Lucio's second in command or something.

Basically MW!Lifeweaver would be a mix of Moira and Symmetra.

As for Mei I think she'd be like Lena in the fact that everything about her backstory stays the same except her reactions. Like Lifeweaver, I think MW!Mei would be a lot like Poison Ivy but she'd lean more into the eco terrorism. Essentially she'd see how unstable the weather and the general environment are getting and be pissed that no one in the world is doing anything besides Overwatch. Then the cold snap happens, her team dies and she sees what happened to Overwatch and instead of seeking out the reformed one, she seeks out Talon. Not because she's angry at Overwatch, she's seen that they tried to help, but because she thinks that at this point, the world doesn't deserve Overwatch's help, doesn't deserve her help. They made their bed, they bit the hand that feeds, now the world needs to deal with the consequences. She'd basically be a Talon agent but have no true animosity towards Overwatch, probably still liking and respecting them, but seeing them as too kind, too forgiving. When the world turns it's back on you, you make them regret that choice.
