All my documents are scanned at 300 dpi.. extra crispy.. and great for persevering fine details..
sometimes I scan my work at 1200 dpi for fun .. ..! even the pulp texture within the paper/pigments is visible... !!! wow!!

Thank you! I used my CSP brushes for the that piece, which are just modified default brushes. I tune the density & hardness settings intuitively , so these aren't static for the most part..
If this ribbed texture is what ur interested in , it is a soft pencil I jacked gapping up on to emulate the compression of my fave drawpile brush lol. gives a nice marker, streaky touch to my lines... yess
