Remembering Mishagate is like... What if I told you that there is a secret alternate finale to Supernatural - no, not a script, even though I would KILL to see those iterations from start to finish. A full, filmed, maybe even a bit edited alternate finale - that actually contains both the third lead of the show - no he wasn't in the actual aired finale, yes I agree that is extremely weird - AND potential nods or even implied resolution for one of the biggest gay ships in media history - which WAS canonized in the third to last ep even if they immediately pretended it wasn't and ignored it - and you can find actual proof of these filmed scenes existing but the network IS still sticking to their "we didn't even fly the third lead in because covid and his character was never planned to be part of the finale anyway" story and-
