VidCon: Day 1

The Con : Fantastic. Amazing. There was something about the energy in the expo hall that just made me inexplicably happy. Everyone I met was super easy to talk to, friendly even. It was as if the shear fact that we all were there for the same thing made us all besties. Thanks to all you folks who signed my shirt. I know I promised a few of you content on my channel, so expect that soon. The Day: Net Positive, but that's mostly because of the awesome people I met. I missed my alarm, still managed to get to my meet up point 10 minuets before my ride was supposed to get me, who then shows up half an hour late, and decides he wants to stop at IHOP for breakfast. After registration, I enter the expo hall just in time to see everyone fleeing the Main Arena. 11pm. 

I then bolt up to a rather unproductive (though entertaining) panel, end up walking out (Sorry Phil, Jenna, Jess and Glozell), only to find out my ride is le' tired, and wants to leave at 2. I jammed as much in as I could, but in the end, 3 hours is not enough time to enjoy a con.

Here's to hoping tomorrow goes a little better.
