I understand people's dislike of the Adrien Sentimonster theory due to it being pretty angsty but anyone else kind of annoyed how some people(specifically the ones practically doing witch hunts to anyone that remotely likes the theory) are acting like the sentimonster Adrian Theory justifies or negates Gabriel's abuse? Like no it doesn't, no matter what Adrien is, He's still Adrien regardless whether or not he is human or sentimonster, which "fun" fact doesn't have much of a difference other than being controlled by object according to Astruc

Astruc's translation: No difference. If a sentimonster is designed to be a human, it is a human. Except that he can fall victim to the magical influence of ill-intentioned people via the control object or the Miraculous. As we showed in the episode "Ladybug".

Meaning if Adrien does turn out to be a sentimonster he still would be considered human(and for the people worried about Adrian being "killed off", relax we know for a fact he's survived Gabriel's reign of terror thanks to the episode timetagger back in season 3, were he is fighting against a new butterfly user)

Going back on topic even IF (and I cannot stress the IF enough) Gabriel doesn't consider Adrien to be his son, all the abuse Adrien received from Gabriel doesn't just magically disappear it still has (and still dose) affected Adrian.

Underneath the "read more" section is how the whole "Gabriel doesn't consider Adrien as his son because Adrien is a Sentimonster" is complete bulshit

despite Conon Gabriel's many many many many many many many flaws as a father he considers Adrian his son he has said it several times now both in public and to himself

Plus in Gabriel's very few moments of bare minimum father behavior he has shown that he does care about Adrien and worries about his safety which I should remind everyone a lot of those moments are in private where no one but Adrin is present hell sometimes Adrien's not even present

So in other words if Gabriel didn't consider Adrien his son due to his Sentimonster Origins why the hell would he even bother acting like a bare minimum father let alone allow Adrien to refer to him as father in private?

Now before someone mentions Gabriel as hawkmoth saying "Getting sentimental on a sentimonster?" I should remind everyone that hawkmoth said that line to an already emotionally upset Chat Noir and Ladybug and since when hasn't Gabriel used someone's emotions against them especially his enemies? In other words Gabriel saying that line if he legitimately meant it instead of it being a snide comment to get a rise out of the heroes (something he's known to do) would be him being a hypocrite
