Idea for Bernard. Ultimate badass baby sitter (I guess this counts as a prompt too)
Dc barely does anything with Bernard and I feel like he is just nothing except for as Tim bf.
Bernard the baby sitter of superhero kids, like he for some reason is able to deal with them and handle them.
this post is mostly about the shazamily since they’re my fav gang, but you can do any hero children you want.
I wanted to make Bernard a friend to the shazamily because why not and it gives Bernard something to do. And Bernard would be Darla, Eugene, Pedro, Freddy and Mary babysitter.
(In my au, um Billy is funding his little found family by being a workaholic, except for Mary since she is adopted by the bromfields but it chill since she has sleepovers with them a lot of the time since her adoptive parents are super strict and not the greatest parents)
(Or like the Vasquez hired Bernard, because they were doing something, if we are talking about the shazamily being adopted by them) SO Billy when he goes out on a mission that takes more then 2 or a few days(like those alien invasion to the world ending to very dangerous and very long to take missions to do type stuff) he hires a baby aka Bernard.
do you see the vision, like Bernard manhandling over powered children calmly and nonchalantly.
BERNARD: so you guys are the kids I have to baby sit “waves”
MARY: oh my god, really Billy. You had to hire a baby sitter!
FREDDY: He already left Mary, damn it!
BERNARD: no cursing!
MARY: Yeah I agree. Especially not infront of darla
DARLA: Mr Bernard are we gonna watch mlp
BERNARD: sure
2 HOURS LATER
Bernard has put hand cuffs on Mary and Freddy for misbehavior, and is now watching mlp at his apartment with shazamily.
BERNARD: so you guys are the Shazamily right?
EUGENE: eh ho-how did you know??
BERNARD: HUSH, now. A man never tells his secrets
FREDDY: You weirdly seem calm about this whole babysitting super heroes thing
BERNARD: eh it fine.
BERNARD: oh yeah and by the way, you guys are gonna be punished by Billy when he gets back home.
