In ‘’Sentibubbler’’, Ladybug (or Pegabug) could have stolen either one of three things from Hawk Moth : the Butterfly Miraculous, the Peacock Miraculous, or the coffee cup that controlled the sentimonster.

She should have stolen the peacock miraculous.

Why? She would have been able to free the feather from the cup and also purify it, as we have seen Mayura doing this to senti!Ladybug, I believe. If Ladybug had stolen the peacock miraculous, she could have made the sentimonster disappear, therefore save Alya’s family, and also she would have had the peacock miraculous, so Hawk Moth would go back to using only the butterfly miraculous again. This would have been a major win for team Ladybug

Instead, she stole the coffee cup, which was a mistake on her part. As Hawk Moth points out, he still controls the sentimonster because he created it and has the peacock miraculous, and therefore decides to drop Alya’s family from the bubbles, potentially killing them in the process. This distraction also allows him to escape because Chat Noir and Ladybug are busy saving the people

It could be that only the person who creates the sentimonster can withdrawl the feather, but I don’t understand why Ladybug chose the coffee cup instead. That cup would have been easy to break during battle, possibly with Cataclysm. Ladybug stealing the cup didn’t do anything

Ironically, Hawk Moth at the end of one episode complains to Natalie that LB never makes mistakes, but she already has made plenty, including this one. She also lost the Bee Miraculous and was partially responsible for some akumatisations

If Hawkmoth want’s to keep Adrien Safe shouldn’t he not be around an army of akumitized victims? or was Hawkmoth gonna tell Adrien the truth about everything and hopes that he’ll understand?

Marichat is actually a really important ship

Now I know some people don’t think the different ships are that important bc “they’re the same people!” But, obviously, it matter simply because 1. They don’t know that and 2. They think so differently of each other, that it’s gonna make the big reveal even better! If I had to choose a ship that was the least important it’d be Ladrien (not hating at all! I love this ship!), but only because their feelings towards each other have already fallen into place. Its just a “you like me, I like you” scenario. Now, since I view Ladrien this kind of way, I hope you already get where I’m coming from when I say that Marichat could be a super interesting concept. So far I can only think of three possible outcomes of Marichat- 1. The simple situation where they get it straight that they like someone else, and move on 2. The scenario in which Chat Noir and Marinette take advantage of this half of themselves to explore the ins and outs of each other. 3. Or the one we have so far, where they show no feeling toward the other at all. Chat’s the goofy flirt who’s super chill, and Marinette’s the “fangirl” who rolls with it all while low-key thinking “if only you knew I was LadyBug, you little fuckboy-er, cat? Fuckcat?” But it’s the possibilities of where this ship could go that makes me so exited for S2 #balconyscene2K17! What happens at that balcony could easily change how the two see each other! I’m really hoping for this to somehow alter LadyBug’s feelings for Chat when they fight together and Adrien’s feelings for Marinette at school! We don’t know what’s gonna happen on that balcony, but it’s gonna be yuge!!

MAJOR MIRACULOUS SPOILERS//THEORY!!!!

GUYS THIS IS HUGE. IT ALL MAKES SENSE AND NOW WE KNOW WHAT GABRIEL HAD THE BOOK FOR!! First off I’ve gotta say thanks to @thebuttwiggle for explaining the recent spoilers we got on the collector episode from Season 2! And I advise you read this first before continuing, here’s the link:

And all I have to say is WOW THIS CHANGES EVERYTHING! Bcuz it means so many things! For starters, if Gabriel is the collector, then it means that (shocker!) Gabriel actually isn’t Hawkmoth!! :O 

 (I’d say in your face to people who thought that the twin theorizers were crazy, but I was one of them and I’m petty so :P) 

It also means that Gabriel ultimately had to have another reason to have that Miraculous book, and the “peacock miraculous” in his safe! Which also means I CALLED IT. I made a theory much like this a long time ago after the Volpina episode, and it actually makes sense now! 

As we all remember, Adrien found the safe and inside, he noticed the book, and we noticed the peacock miraculous (strangely placed next to his mom’s picture but that’s a different theory). And later on in the episode, we see Marinette following Lila in a scene that was highly overlooked. Before the park scene, we find Lila walking out of Gabriel Agreste’s store holding a black box! (This was confirmed by Thomas Astruc!) She then continues her walk to the park, and as Marinette zooms in on Lila with her phone, we see Lila open this same box and pull out the “Fox miraculous”!! 

 Which means Lila bought a “miraculous” from Gabriel. Which means Gabriel makes faux miraculouses, thus explaining why he had the book in the first place.

 So, off of what Thebuttwiggle blog said, Adrien was caught on camera by Nathalie and Gerard stealing the book, got punished (pretty sure Adrien called it too, I think it was his last line of Season 1 where he said his dad was gonna be super mad) and Gabriel got akumatized because of his loss of work. But that brings me to another thing.

 So Gabriel just passed up the reasoning to why his son snooped into his safe and stole something from him?? No, no, I doubt such a plot hole. It’s either: 

 A) Gabriel was so upset with Adrien that his rage literally blinded him to any questions or reasoning and he just went off at Adrien (a.k.a the boring theory)

 OR 

 B) HE KNOWS ALREADY! 

Which brings us back to, yes, the Jackady // Simon Says episode! If the rest of what I said is true, it explains why Gabriel was so interested in getting a real live glance at Ladybug’s earrings (it also tells us Hawk daddy is a fucking tease, and he tricked us all… well played…). But at the end of the episode we remember his eerie reaction to Adrien’s ring, he saw it, gasped silently at it (le gasp), and tried to confront him about it with a frown on his face, but Adrien continued to simply cut him off. The only reason I can come up with is that, if Gabriel owned the book long enough to make a DIGITAL COPY OF IT, he must be able to recognize it at first glance! But that has another misconception to it…

Theory Time!!!

I know that so much people believe that Hawk Moth is Gabriel Agreste...but please hear me out :c

Okay...so let’s bring back stuff I said in my posts a while (which is actually 2 or more weeks ago) ago.

1. Hawk Moth is a guy, since even before he transforms he has a guy voice

2. Hawk Moth is connected to Adrien’s mother in some way

3. Hawk Moth seeks godly power

4. It is said, though (credits and love to the one who said this) that Gabriel Agreste is not evil (but I had a post explaining how Gabriel can still be Hawk Moth even if we follow this)

5. According to Hawkdaddy, we know who Hawk Moth is

In the origins episode, we saw Hawk Moth holding something with Adrien's mother on it. Because of that, many people (including me, actually) interpreted it as another piece of evidence that Hawk Moth REALLY is Gabriel Agreste

but...

What if it is actually Alix's father?

ATTN: THIS IS NOT AN ORIGINAL THEORY. MANY AWESOME PEOPLE HAVE THOUGHT OF THIS ALREADY, AND I WOULD LIKE TO GIVE CREDITS TO THEM FOR THE THOUGHT YAY C:

What if Mr. Kubdel was once Adrien's mother's lover? Then, for some reason they separated and he saw her end up with Mr. Worst Father Agreste. After that he was like: ok she's happy anyway with him she deserves a guy like that imma chill

THEN SHE DISAPPEARS

So now he goes like: WTF WHYYYY HOW COULD YOU GABRIEL AGRESTE I LET HER BE WITH YOU AND THIS IS WHAT HAPPENS LIKE WHAT THIS IS TOTALLY YOUR FAULT. I HAVE TO GET HER BACK, AND I STILL TOTALLY LOVE HER!!! (which will explain why he has a picture of her)

Then he finds the butterfly kwami/miraculous and becomes Hawk Moth.

Another theory; The things is, Hawk Moth doesn't have a mustache. BUUUUUTTTT there could be an explanation for it thehehehehe. Chat Noir has green eyes and ears (and even an adorable tail)  (Okay Aishlen, you've gotten it baaaaaaaad) , but Adrien doesn't. What if being Hawk Moth has some features that you don't have when you're in your regular ol' human form. Maybe you really lose your facial hair when you become Hawk Moth, then it grows back when you de-transform (sounds creepy and weird when I put it this way tho)

Imma leave now. I'll leave you to your thoughts and imagination.

(Tbh I believe yet at the same time I don’t believe that Gabriel Agreste is Hawk Moth. Some part of me is thinking that Hawkdaddy is just playing with us, yet the other part doesn’t. Please tell me there’s some human being who can relate to me rn)

Marinette Akumatized?

I don’t think that Marinette will ever be Akumatized. As far as we know, Ladybug is the only one who can purify Akuma. If Marinette is possessed, there is no way for her to be turned back to normal. Also, I hate to say it, but this is a kids’ show. And I don’t believe Hawkdaddy would do that to the children. But by all means, continue drawing Akumatized Marinette and comics of Marinette being Akumatized because I love them and want to read them all.
