As a former public educator, I've known more than a few parents with disabled children in my lifetime. Some of them have very severely disabled children who have been immobile since birth.
They aren't the entitled parents who think the whole world should revolve around them just because they have children.
The ones who insist on taking up every available space possible out in public, including all the accessible ones that are meant for disabled people, with their fucking strollers as big as the vans and SUVs they drive, and gods forbid if they're asked to wait their turns, aren't the ones who have disabled kids.
Because the ones who have disabled kids know how much it fucking sucks on a daily basis to navigate a world that's full of entitled parents who don't know what it's like to have disabled kids.
Stop making excuses for entitled people who think they own the world.
And stop using disabled children and their caregivers as excuses for entitlement and ableism.
Fuck your whataboutism because you care way more about actually privileged people than disabled people.
And leave my disabled friends alone.
