✨🤸🏼♀️✨💪🏼✨🤸🏼♀️✨ Just a little bit of gymnastics training from today! ••• I'm hoping these maltese push ups will help me build strength for a strict backwards toll on the rings 🤔💪🏼 ••• I was also hoping that all my L-sits would transfer over into L-sit rope climbs...but those went downhill quickly 😩 pulling strength is definitely one of my top priorities! ••• Back to wall shoulder shifts are an awesome drill for handstand walking. Doing them with your back to the wall is definitely more challenging than facing the wall. Trying to maintain your position without arching your back and transferring your weight from side to side can be difficult.
