i'm always stuck between jon being a regular dude with demigod powers and him being an actual eldritch monster walking around but i'd also like to consider a jon who becomes more monster-like when he gets emotional. his eyes start turning greener and glow, his nails getting sharp, maybe the ends of his hair slowly warping into audio tape rolls and they levitate and whip around like there's wind ...
