Sometimes I make myself proud (like when I go for a run even though I don't want to) and other times I do not (like when I leave a bartender my number and get too drunk on a Thursday). I've been doing C25K and yesterday's drizzly run was SO GOOD and I was glowy and happy afterwards. I even tacked on an extra run interval because I was feeling so strong. Aaaaaand then I met up with a friend and had a drink which turned into 3, left the bartender my number, then had 2 more drinks at home before falling asleep on my couch. Yikes.
