I'm gonna start a new wyrm mini series soon and make it be a 'readers choose what happens next' kinda thing bc I know I can't do it on my own this time 🥲
the title will be The Glue Incident
I would like to feature at least five other wyrms along with Mossa, so I will tag @tamale4prez for this. as a warning, they will be placed with a character that may be considered dangerous (don't want to give away too much)
sona self care
Makima becoming a Courage the Cowardly Dog villain is my new favorite thing!
First picture by mossa, source
The rest by waxperson, source
My Coco submission 😔

"Hey, Kype, um..."
The lighter green wyrm turned away from her project. "Yes, Mossa?"
Mossa nervously tapped her claws together. "So you know that little green girl you told me to watch?"
Kype narrowed her eyes. "Don't tell me you--"
"I may have lost her," Mossa rushed out, squeezing her eyes shut and looking away.
Kype dragged a claw down her face. "You cannot be serious."
"I'm sorry!" Mossa cried, reopening her eyes. "I had looked away for only one second, I swear!"
"Where were you two last?" Kype asked.
Mossa perked up a little. "Purple's lab."
Kype's eyes grew wide. "What?! She could've been hurt!"
Mossa shrank away from her. "She was curious!"
"So if she wanted to jump off a table because 'she was curious' would you let her?" Kype demanded.
"... No," Mossa relented. "But she had these... really big eyes."
"What does that mean?" Kype tilted her head.
"They were really big. Something about them..." Mossa shivered. "I couldn't say no."
Kype groaned. "Okay, so she won you over with big eyes, fantastic. And why did you take yours off of her?"
"I was grabbing to explain something to her, but when I got back to where she was, she wasn't there!" Mossa explained desperately.
"You're helping me look for her," project now forgotten, Kype scampered for the next closest room.
"But she could be anywhere!" Mossa protested, tailing her.
"That's not my fault," Kype poked her head into the room, gave a quick scan, and left for the next one.
Mossa shook away the thought that popped into her head. "You don't think she left this place, do you?"
Kype continued searching when she answered. "If she did, I'm making you go out alone."
Mossa frowned. "But--"
Kype spun, grabbed Mossa's scruff and dragged her into the third room. "Less talking, more searching."
The moment they stepped one foot in the space, the heavy scent of paint hit them. Kype pulled her back out.
"Okay, we can skip that one."
They hurried to get away from the overtaking scent. Fourth and fifth rooms later and they were back where they started, the kid still nowhere to be found.
Kype paced back and forth in front of the paper she had been drawing on. Mossa sat off to the side, head hung.
"Maybe she really did leave," Mossa whispered.
The lighter wyrm froze for a split second, then resumed her anxious movement. "Maybe she hasn't gone that far? Maybe she made it to Mae and Torie somehow?"
"Wait wait wait!" Mossa exclaimed. "I know how to check Purple's cameras! We could see where she might've gone through them!"
Kype turned to her excitedly. "What are we waiting for then?!"
They raced toward the purple-themed room. Mossa leapt onto the desk the moment she could and tapped at the keyboard. The computer lit up.
"Okay, let's do this," Mossa put both claws on the mouse and guided it across the screen toward the camera icon.
As soon as the feed shows up, a voice that isn't either of theirs comes from behind them.
"Ooo, who are we searching for?"
Mossa stiffens. Kype's head swings around in surprise.
"Coco?!"
The small wyrm stares back at her. "Yeah?"
Kype fixes Mossa with a glare. "Were you here this whole time?"
Coco's tiny tail wags. "I was! Mossa told me to wait while she got something, but then she never came back."
Mossa chirps nervously. "Uh...."
Kype covered her face with both her claws and shakes her head. "I live with an idiot."
"Hey...!" Mossa protested weakly.
"We're leaving, Coco," Kype pulled the wyrm closer with her tail.
"Leaving to where?" Coco wondered.
"Somewhere we can take a nap," Kype replied sarcastically, guiding her off and away from the desk.
Coco lets her lead the way to Blue's room. They reach it and Coco practically launches herself at the bed, scrambling up the side when she doesn't make it. Kype jumps on after her. Coco curls up in the blankets, feeling the last of her energy drain. Kype waits until she's comfortable before wrapping her body around her and falling asleep some minutes later.
Coco peeks open an eye, adjusts her body to fit the curve of Kype's and actually goes to sleep. She hopes this can happen again.
