What is yoga ヨガって何？ アーサナ（ポーズ）を完ぺきに取ること、って思ってる人がいるとすればそれは違うと私は思う。 よく「身体が硬いから」とか「太ってるから」（？）とか、先日なんて「今日は筋肉痛だからヨガやりません」と言って帰る人もいてよく意味がわからなかったんだけど😅 そんなヨガでは嬉しいこともあって。 いつも来てくださるY子さん。その日はヨガウエアも身体のラインが見える細身のタンクトップを着ていて、まあ素敵！ さらにいつもは「私、後ろの方で休みながらやりますから」って1番後ろでヨガをしてたのに昨日は1番前へ！ 苦手なポーズにも挑戦していつもと気合いが違う。さらに最後の体重測定（希望者のみ）では3キロ減！ 一体何が起きたのか？！と聞いてみたら先日の禅ヨガで色々なことを考えさせられ今までと意識が変わったそうです。 そう、それ！ 私が常日頃大事にしてる「意識」の問題。 ヨガをしている時間だけでなく、マットから降りた後も「意識」する事を続けていくと、ほんの少しの意識で、どんどん変化が生まれてくる。 食べるものを意識してみる。 姿勢を意識してみる。 時間の使い方を意識してみる。 選ぶものを意識してみる。 考え方を意識してみる。 今まで無意識でいたものにスイッチを入れてみると、人生がどんどん変わってくる。嘘だと思うならやってみて！ その意識こそが、ヨガだと思う。 #thisisyoga #yoga #yogalife #intentions #movewithintention #setanintention #yogaexchange #ヨガ #ヨガインストラクター #zen #zenyoga https://www.instagram.com/p/Bz4IoyVlBQk/?igshid=1sw1v8g4qhdv1

We brought them presents to give them the Christmas they might have never had. When I brought his present to him, he got so excited. He then pulled aside his bib and showed me he had a minion on his sweater! Pure moment of joy💕 He was so happy✨ Couldn’t have been more perfect! There is so much to learn from these kids. They teach you to appreciate everything in life, and not sweat the small stuff. Tomorrow is not promised for them. They don’t have a mother/ father in their life.
