🌖🌗🌘🌑🌒🌓🌔 New Moon New You Yoga Workshop Saturday june 24 6:30-8:45 • Looking to cultivate a sense of "feel-good-ness" in your daily life? • #NewMoonYoga #MoonYoga #SFyogaworkshops • During the new moon is the best time to tune in, make choices and begin to cultivate what we most want to bring into our lives. • Whether it's to sooth our busy minds, uplift our mood, relieve stress, reduce anxiety or find a new job-during the new moon is the best time to start focusing in on how to make that happen and begin to take action starting with where we are right now by creating space within ourselves in order to build and grow a grounding momentum of self-confidence and love we begin to cultivate. • With the lights down low & inspired by the moon we will go through a series of movements and postures (Vinyasa yoga) breath work (Pranayama) and Mantra all intended to gently "shake up" & move you around, warm you up and tune you in. • We will go over a few simple methods to assist internal focus and not getting bogged down by the details. • As well you will be given some "personal time" where you will be given some options- two of those possibilities are to write in a journal or to draw- if this is your style you will have to bring your own materials. If you are drawing- only bring CLEAN materials- nothing stinky, dusty, or super noisy. • The main goal of this workshop is to provide yourself the time and the space -with the moon as your ally- to clear out some cobwebs, plant some new intentions but most importantly cultivate and uplifted mood. Each and every time you attend new things will come up based on where the month has taken you and gives you the opportunity to create your very own moon ritual or personal growth process based on what works for you!
