Veronica ; Yuu (I originally wanted Vil, but he matched so well with h.c and so my second pick was yuu, the cluelessness and the desperation to just get through this already. I would've chosen Epel or Kalim too but I already had a role for them)

Jd ; Idia (I can imagine him singing meant to be yours, his overblot art has a lot of crazy eyes and they really match the jd vibe.)

Heather Chandler ; Vil (I was between choosing Vil or riddle for this, both could match honestly. He just gives Heather energy, he could slap your face off and everyone would watch)

Heather Duke ; Jamil (his overblot. There shouldn't be more to it, really. I also like the idea of him yelling at Kalim and it being more extreme than it should be, then Kalim taking that emotion from someone he thought was his friend and instead putting it into life boat)

Heather McNamara ; Kalim (he feels like someone whose able to portray happiness then take it away so easily. He gives of the kind vibes, and I think he'd absolutely crush it when singing life boat. Also, I just want him to complain about stupid child proof caps)

Martha ; Epel (itd match with his looks like the more childish vibe yk and he feels like the type of person to have the most angelic vocals out of literally nowhere, and I'd love to see Martha pop up and absolutely CRUSH kindergarten boyfriend)

Kurt ; Ace (he just feels like he'd portray the jocky dumb, really shitty guy pretty good.)

Ram ; Deuce (same as ace,)

Ms Flemming ; Lillia (he seems like he'd have fun playing her, honestly)

Veronica's mom ; Cater (I feel like Trey is always portrayed more as the mom friend but I feel like Cater seems more like the worried friend who isn't like a mom mom, but more like a 'you can talk to me')

Veronica's dad ; Trey (he feels like he'd portray the sitting and reading newspaper, half heartedly answering questions role pretty swell)

Jd's dad ; Rook (once again, feels like he can play the crazy vibes perfectly. Also, hunting, guns, hes the vibe, honestly)

Kurt's dad ; Sebek (idk, feels like he'd play deadgayson)

Ram's dad ; Jack (same honestly. They both feel like the type to have jock kids. But Jack specifically would teach them manners, if it were irl)

The Duke dances angrily and JD kicks ass were my favs.

Early short stories I did depicted Gowan as an eccentric older black man who doesn’t hide his disdain for his job, with a personality closer to Principal Lewis from American Dad but more subdued. A friend suggested he be based on Andre Braugher, may Andre rest in peace, so I went with that visually.

I wanted to draw the bit with Bud but wasn’t sure how to go about it, since a running gag on my end is we never actually see Bud’s face. The shit eating grin still fits my depiction of him well, though I feel like the scene would take place during Hawkins since Bud and Braverman met back then.

I feel like the freshmen wouldn’t be imaginary, and there’d be a small group led by Duke’s middle brother, lol. Veronica wouldn’t know that though, she still makes it up and is shocked to see him wander by.
