From the #Dua of Rasul-ulAllah Sala Allahu alihi wasSalam اللهم انى اسئلك حبك وحب من يحبك والعمل الذى يبلغنى حبك اللهم اجعل حبك احب الى من نفسى واهلى ومن الماء البارد. (رواه الترمذى وقال حديث حسن) O Allah, indeed, I ask You for Your love and the love of those who love You, and for the action that will cause me to attain Your love, O Allah, make Your love more beloved to me than myself, my family اللهم اجعل في قلبي نورا وفي بصري نورا وفي سمعي نورا وعن يميني نورا وعن يساري نورا وفوقي نورا وتحتي نورا وأمامي نورا وخلفي نورا واجعل لي نورا، (وزاد بعضهم) O Allah, place light in my heart, and place light in my hearing, and place light in my seeing, and place light beneath me, and place light above me, and light on my right, and light on my left, and place light behind me, and make the light greater for me. اللهم آت نفسي تقواها، و زكها أنت خير من زكاها، أنت وليها ومولاها. اللهم إني أعوذ بك من علم لا ينفع، ومن قلب لا يخشع، ومن نفس لا تشبع، ومن دعوة لا يستجاب لها. (رواه مسلم) اللهم إني أعوذ بك من شر ماعملت ومن شر مالم أعمل. (رواه مسلم) My Lord Allah, I seek refuge with You from the evil that I have produced & the evil of that which is yet to come. اللهم إني أعوذ بك من زوال نعمتك، وتحول عافيتك، وفجاءة نقمتك، وجميع سخطك. (رواه مسلم) O Allah! I seek refuge in You against the declining of Your Favours, passing of safety, the suddenness of Your punishment and all that which displeases You اللهم إني أعوذ بك من جهد البلاء، و درك الشقاء، و سوء القضاء، و شماتة الأعداء. (متفق عليه) O Allah, I seek refuge with You from cowardice, miserliness and from being sent back to a feeble age; and, seek refuge with You from the trials of this life and those of the grave." اللهم أصلح لي ديني الذي هو عصمة أمري، وأصلح لي دنياي التي فيها معاشي، وأصلح لي آخرتي التي فيها معادي، واجعل الحياة زيادة لي في كل خير، واجعل الموت راحة لي من كل شر. (رواه مسلم) O Allah, make my religion easy for me by virtue of which my affairs are protected, set right for me my world where my life exists, make good for me my Hereafter which is my resort to which I have to return, and make my life prone to perform all types of good, and make death a comfort for me from every evil)." اللهم رحمتك أرجو فلا تكلني إلى نفسي طرفة عين، وأصلح لي شأني كله، لا إله إلا أنت. (رواه أبو داود، وأحمد وحسنه الألباني وغيره O Allah! your mercy is what I hope for. Do not abandon me to myself for an instant, but put all my affairs in good order for me. There is no god but You." اللهم إني عبدك ابن عبدك، ابن أمتك، ناصيتي بيدك، ماضي فيّ حكمك، عدل في قضاؤك. أسألك بكل اسم هو لك سميت به نفسك، أو أنزلته في كتابك، أو علمته أحدًا من خلقك، أو استأثرت به في علم الغيب عندك، أن تجعل القرآن ربيع قلبي، ونور صدري، وجلاء حزني، وذهاب همي. (رواه أحمد والحاكم وحسنه الحافظ في تخريج الأذكار، وصححه الألباني) O Allah, You are my Lord, there is no god but You. You have created me and I am Your slave and I am keeping my promise and covenant to You as much as I can. I seek refuge with You from the evil of what I do.
