Something I really love about Dr Teeth's character is really just, how much he boosts morale for others around him, motivating them and pushing them to be and do their best, and wanting them to be happy, encouraging hope and positivity in them

A couple of my favourite examples is You Can't Take No For An Answer, because even if MTM is them playing characters and acting, as a large amount of Muppet media often is, they're all playing characters that are very much just themselves put into a situation. So I think it's pretty safe to say You Can't Take No For An Answer pretty solidly is how Teeth actually thinks regarding pushing for what you want and believe in (at least when he's not having a crisis 'cause of his parents)

There's also his attitude during Exile On Main Street in Muppets Mayhem, where he is so insistent that everything will be fine and Animal will come back, even making a couple jokes here and there (which by the way, his insistence shows just how much he's struggling with the issue himself), and it keeps the whole band at least somewhat able to believe it, and then the moment he breaks, the WHOLE BAND emotionally falls apart because he was the one holding onto and encouraging the hope

His positivity and general attitude really helps others around him to keep their own morales up through tough times !!!

My take on the few moments of Floyd and Janice that we saw on The Muppets Mayhem

Just my thoughts cuz I have it floating around in my head. Spoilers ahead if you haven’t watched the series

- He’s quite protective of her. But not overly so. (When he cried “Oh, Baby, you came back to me!” I sort of squealed)

- Both seem pretty chill about any previous relationships they have had. (Ziggy Marley, whoever Betty is etc)

- Janice’s storyline involves starting to prioritise and love herself first. That doesn’t mean she doesn’t love and care for Floyd. But sometimes, it lowkey feels like he doesn’t fully grasp that yet. Especially in Ep 7 when he gets irritated that she wasn’t thinking of him when they wrote that song (side note: you can ABSOLUTELY write a love song about yourself).

- Floyd regards Janice as his true love (Notice how he says that he’s writing his own love song about his other true love. Which happens to be soup).

- This is all in words and not shown but, that little conversation where Janice talked about how she swooped in and stole Floyd’s heart from Betty is quite telling of their relationship (and likely how it started but hey I could be wrong).

- It probably didn’t feel that great for Floyd when Betty couldn’t decide between him and the other guy (it would suck to feel like you’re second choice for someone). So it’s understandable that he couldn’t stick around and wait for her to make up her mind.

- Janice on the other hand, sounded like she knew what she wanted when she chose Floyd. Like she was sure wanted to be with him. And in the end, Floyd chose the person who also chose him fer sure.

- At the end of the day, even after that whole spiteful song thing (which honestly made me feel mildly uncomfortable), I think they still do love each other very much.

I do wish they had more moments on the show but all in all, Muppets Mayhem was GREAT. I have my fingers crossed for more podcasts/vodcasts talking about the series and maybe even a Season 2 :D

Fan theory regarding Muppets as a species (pt. 2)

Muppets are not true flesh and blood. Their synthetic skin often indicates the material of their forebears, and their organs appear as either crude or detailed replicas of biological ones made of the same material. If either of these are damaged it does pain them, but even catastrophic damage is not inherently fatal (see bottom paragraph).

That said, they do have blood of a sort, but one would hesitate to fully categorize it as such, given its pinkish color and a consistency that is closer to that of water.  It evaporates quickly when removed from their bodies. Their “blood” clots quickly when they’re injured, with a thick pink cotton-y substance forming.  Their bones are usually a very firm foam-like substance, but other material variants exist. If a limb is lost, a new synthetic one can be attached, and will be assimilated by the body within a few days. It will likely be slightly less responsive than the original, but is almost always functional. 

Muppets can both contract and spread any illness that can affect humans, and can suffer the same or similar congenital disorders & chronic health conditions that humans can, though this is admittedly poorly understood by modern science. It would seem that while these conditions could be quite unpleasent for them, Muppets can only actually die when their bodies cannot produce enough energy to repair the damage it sustains (either due to age related conditions or direct damage/resource deprivation). This leads to the hightened longevity of Muppets, but a poor understanding of their biology overall.
