Murder Baby is crying nonstop. Murder Daddies reaction:

Will starts screaming out of desperation, Hannibal calmly soothes his babies

Hannibal calmly rocks the baby, Will screams into a pillow

Will picks baby up, and in a murderous embrace, both rock the baby together

Will tries to talk to baby like it's an adult, Hannibal laughs and takes control

H talks to baby like it's an adult, Will laughs and lets it continue

They both panic around the baby, nervously trying all kinds of things to stop it

They kill it

They get the (held hostage) nanny

They get the nanny, who is a one legged Bedelia

They get Chiyoh because men can't do shit and girlboss has to do it all

They put the baby in the soup

They can't hear it because Will fucks too loud

lamb! what are the headcanons for the margot baby plot? would love to read them

I imagined Will would be extremely protective of the baby, specially because of the plot in s2, he was so eerie and vengeful and dealing with so much and just starting to face his own darkness, so I think he'd be very protective, trying to shield the child from Hannibal and the fear of his "horrible genes". But I think that, Hannibal would try to come closer and Will, against logical sense, specially considering he thought Hannibal killed Abigail, he'd still let H close to the baby and that would soften him a little.

Just imagine Margot having the baby in the mansion, and Hannibal was there because doctor? And he delivers the baby, that would be so impactful, it would for sure make him feel like he could claim the child and that he was a part of it somehow. OR OR Hannibal doesn't deliver the baby, but he was around and is just waiting outside, then Will, beyond himself, just feels this huge need to have him, so he asks Margot if he can get him, she says yes, and he just goes up to the door, big doe eyes, "can you come in?" and Hannibal just almost bursts hahaha, like yes omg I CAN. And ugh just, imagine how sweet it would've been.

It would changed the whole fucking show, ofc, but it would've served amazing scenes.

Imagine Will falling asleep and the baby is crying, Hannibal tends to him to avoid waking Will up but he does anyway and just watches Hannibal with the baby in his arms, swaying. AWW WHAT SO CUTE WHO SAID THAT NOT ME

That depends. I'm gonna get all psychoanalytical lol, but If they were fathers before they met (biological or not):

Will: if it was a girl, he'd raise a devotee, that's why I tried to write that fic. I believe his manipulative behavior would try to make up for not having a mother and not feeling unconditionally loved and accepted, by making a very daddy's girl daughter who would've been his ride or die, always supportive and nurturing. If it was a boy, he'd project himself into the poor kid and would not be close to him at all, like we saw him with Wally. He'd be a absent father, trying to seem like a good father but the kid would not feel close to him (why I'm baffled at a take I saw these days saying he was a good father to Wally.......he was a good distant uncle max lol, that kid did not like him).

Hannibal: if it was a girl, probably the same he was with Abigail, gentle but domineering, would of course foster codependency, just overall what he did to her. If it was a boy, I believe he'd be very strict, would try to mold him into a little version of himself, still affectionate but more strict than he'd be with a girl. Extremely overbearing, he'd want to know everything about every aspect of his life.

After they met:

Will: if it was Abigail, he'd be just like he was...Projecting. I'm not sure he'd ever have a real connection with her. If it was some other girl they adopted after being more committed in their relationship, then I think he'd be overprotective, aware of the darkness that lurks everywhere and within, so a lot more paranoid and careful, which would result in some conflicts cause I think Hanninal would be more "curious to see what she'd do" and be more freeing. Lots of parental conflicts lol. If it's a boy then it depends. I think if they adopted a boy together than Will would be very strict, very John Winchester vibes, and Hannibal would be more gentle.

But if it was Margot's boy, I think Will would shelter him as much as possible, he'd try to be a very sweet father, and Hannibal would be obsessed with trying to make that baby his as much as it was Will's, and he'd most likely take Margot out of the equation, as he indirectly did when he decided to let Mason know her plans.

These are all different because it's based on the dynamic and context of each child :).
