I was extremely amused today to see Genshin Impact streamer Arnold "MurderOfBirds" — who's in that rare minority of streamers who is mostly invested in the lore, worldbuilding, reading every book / item description, etc. — just suddenly think of the "Paimon is a Seelie" theory, nearly two years into the game :D

(The video (timestamp 3h5m0s) will probably only be up for a week or so. CW: Aranyaka Act 3 spoilers, Lost Nursery spoilers. Also Streamer energy but a relatively soft version of it.)

It makes total sense—if you know about the Seelie Unified Civilisation but have avoided almost all Genshin lore theory social media, there's nothing in the game to explicitly suggest the connection besides 'oh she looks kind of fairy-ish'. But still this was GREAT :D
