They are doing really well 😊👍
what happens in your clans when a leader loses a life? do they regenerate instantly? does it take time? do injuries remain? why? :3
Ooh great question!! I actually hadn't thought about it too much so I'm gonna make it up a bit as I go hehehe
A leader loses a life, if they go through an event that would've normally killed them.
Here's a little drawing to help explain!
The blocks of text in case it's hard to read: -1 life -> to outsiders, it just looks like he survived a dog bite. he doesn't go limp for a moment or anything StarClan ghost can help stabilize injury a few moments after losing a life but injury remains until healed
So in this drawing, Rootstar gets bit by a dog. If he were a normal cat, he would've died. But, since he's not a normal cat, after getting bit, he loses 1 life. The life he would've lost, if it weren't for the fact that he is leader and had 9 lives. But what does it look like when he loses a life?
To outsiders, there's nothing to show for the fact that he just lost a life. What they see is that Rootstar got bit by a dog, a thing that should have killed him, but he survived.
For leaders, this is a little different. Their vision goes dark and speckled with stars for less than a second, then they're back. They also just have a sense of dread of "That should have killed me. I shouldn't be alive after that."
After this little blackout, whatever injury or sickness or anything that killed them remains. A StarClan ghost (one that they cannot see and usually the one who gave them that life) also helps to stabilize the injury for a few moments, so they have a better chance of making it and don't die over and over again. For example, they can put pressure on wounds to temporarily stop bleeding or they can temporarily relieve pain so the leader can make a move quicker.
Hopefully that explanation was good enough and made some sense! TwT
"He's so cool and serious!" "You know? With the way he called a literal kitten a murderer? So cool. 😍"
Really Shadow.... Really...
I don't hate Cone but it's so funny how all these cats are falling for him even though he called a child a murderer 😭
Don't worry I had a very similar reaction when cats started falling for him 😭
I was like "Wow this guy kinda sucks- wait Woolclaw why did you confess your feelings to him. Wait Prairiefrost why you too?? WAIT SHADOW WHY DO YOU HAVE A CRUSH ON HIM-"
But I also think this ask is a good opportunity to see things from Ploverpaw's perspective! So I made a little something... :)
flamepaw I love you and im rooting for you!! what makes you feel like you’re not enough? what would help you feel more supported?
I really think talking to her is gonna help me! And I'm really thankful for Prairiefrost's help. It's like she knows exactly what to do in this situation, which has been really good for me :)
coriandertail and prairiefrost doomed yuri???????
ouugh for rowanstripe.. 🌲Favorite location on the territory? :)
Have to look out for the others one way or another.
