💪Murph ❤ ▫️ 🙏 Grateful to be able to take part in such an awesome event in the @crossfit community 🙌 ▫️ 🙄 Especially after being called a "sheep" for intending to do it.🐑 ▫️ 🤷‍♀️ I mean, why wouldn't I?! Its a wonderful way to #embracehardship, anyone who's heard of @mindsetrxd would get it. Plus, with us all being so disjointed with solo training away from our gyms and community; It was fantastic to feel like part of a wider community, all suffering, paying our respects, learning about ourselves as we went🙌 ▫️ 😝 So big-ups to all you "sheep" who dove into the discomfort, honoured yourself and the fallen along side me, even at a distance! I salute you!! Legends!🤙 ▫️ 🌞🌡 On a side note; This was my 4th Murph, never missed a memorial day yet since starting crossfit. 1.30pm was bloody redders🥵 guess who decided to do it at the hottest part of the day?🙈🙋‍♀️🤣 Did it though, managed a PB and a vastly improved mindset whilst doing it too.
