Me and my workout buddies 🙌🏼 Don’t we look so silly? ☺️
I finished my 8 week mutu focus course. Here’s my before and after. Although it’s not a massive obvious change, I feel so much stronger in my core and motivated to continue being active. I’d love to continue working on strengthening my abdominal muscles.. Just have to figure out where to go from here. I’m beginning to consider yoga, as every one I know that does yoga is so strong and lean. Any tips on where to start? finallyfindingmybalance
I’ve also been getting more and more motivated by my fitbit and easily starting to reach my goal of 10 000 steps a day.
8 month pp. I know the photos really don't look too bad, but they definitely hide the stretched belly skin and play dough butt. I took these this morning as a 'before' shot because I started an 8 week mutu system program to fix my diastatis recti (abdominal separation) which leads to crazy bloating. These are morning shots when my belly isn't too bad, but progressively as I eat more during the day, the bump at the bottom of my belly ends up looking pretty baby bump like.. I have a 2 finger width gap between the muscles. I finally feel ready to incorporate exercise in to my every day! I also use a fitbit (pedometer) and I gave one to my sister too so we kinda motivate each other to reach our daily step goal. Yay for getting out of my foggy, no motivation head space. If any of you guys use a fitbit, you should let me know.
I've been doing an online exercise course specifically designed for women who have had babies and suffer from abdominal separation, a weakened pelvic floor, or who just want to restrengthen their core. They have a closed facebook group where we can all join in conversation about random things to do with exercises, results, healthy eating etc. This is my post from today:
"Hi ladies! So this is possible TMI but i really had to share as i'm so excited. I'm on week 6 of MutuFocus and have experienced fairly dramatic results "in the bedroom". The *ahem* passageway seems so much more "toned" and the "good spot" has become easily accessable. It's almost too good! ha! I also use a moon cup for my monthly's and have even noticed it to be much trickier to insert. Sorry if this makes anyone blush! Who else has noticed results like this? :)"
I don't remember it ever feeling this good, even before giving birth. Three cheers for the g-spot and healthy pelvic floors!
