Wrote an scp out of boredom:

Item #: SCP-9149

Object Class: Safe | Keneq | Critical

Special Containment Procedures: SCP-9149 is to be contained within a Standard Secure Humanoid Containment Cell, painted on the interior with pigments that reflect no more than 0.05% of visible light that strike them and is not to be in the presence of any sources of light visible to human beings unless it is absolutely necessary for testing.

This containment cell is to be entered exclusively through a Vestibule with similarly painted walls, with the entrance door to the Vestibule completely sealed at any moment that the entrance door to the Standard Secure Humanoid Containment Cell is opened. Both the entrance doors to the Vestibule and the Containment Cell are to be modified to not allow light in the human visual range to enter either chamber when the doors are closed.

Description: SCP-9149 is an ornate, rectangular mirror with a relecting surface 152.5 cm tall and with a breadth of 76.2 cm, with golden and brass ornamentation matching craftsmanship typical of the 18th Century. SCP-9149 contains a disruptive visual-memetic virus, designated SCP-9149-A.

When a sapient humanoid views their reflection in SCP-9149, they are infected with SCP-9149-A. The subject [now classified as a SCP-9149-B Instance] will, over the course of 14 days, experience increasing symptoms, namely:

-> Visual hallucinations of a distorted reflection, generally including eyes with no irises or pupils, distended, twisted limbs, etc.

-> Auditory hallucinations of nails scratching against glass.

-> Increased paranoia.

-> Increased aggression and a greater predisposition to physical violence.

-> A dull, painful itch behind the eyes and deep inside of the throat.

-> Hoarding behaviors, particularly pertaining to objects with at least one surface with a reflectance level greater than 75%, these objects becoming "dormant" SCP-9149-C upon making physical contact with an SCP-9419-B Instance.

On the 14th day, the SCP-9149-B Instance will attempt to, at any cost, surround themselves with as many SCP-9149-C as physically possible and then, by unknown anomalous means, the SCP-9149-B Instance will have all biological components and clothes convert to glass before shattering into anywhere from several dozen to several hundred SCP-9149-C due to extreme internal pressure. All SCP-9149-C Instances created by the now deceased SCP-9149-B will immediately become "Active", becoming infection vectors for SCP-9149-A.

Any reflective objects matching the criteria for an SCP-9149-C which create an image of an "Active" SCP-9149-C will immediately become "Active" SCP-9149-C Instances.

Additional Notes: SCP-9149 was discovered in an abandoned warehouse, surrounded by approximately 987,000 "Active" SCP-9149-C, a result of approximately 28 SCP-9149-B hoarding "Dormant" SCP-9149-C Instances and being terminated by SCP-9149-A nearly if not exactly simultaneously. Only 986,000 of these "Active" SCP-9149-C are in foundation custody, the others having been acquired by GoI-012 [Marshal, Carter & Dark] and GoI-233 [Herman Fuller's Circus of the Disquieting]

One thick, large member with split heads at the tip, it is a dark, deep blue and is meant to rub the upperside or roof of the orifice it slides into. One head is slightly higher than the other, both produce semen, and some have a large vein just under their tips!

BUT that’s just my idea, y’all can picture whatever you want!

Entry #575: The Snake God of Mercy Rating: Safe; only stays in its cave hidden deep in the Antarctic. Instructions: Provide regular animals for it to take care of; it will need them regularly, as it does not know how to actually keep something else alive.  Bio: A strange human/snake/bird hybrid creature, this entity stands at at most ten feet tall, radiating warmth in its freezing Antarctic habitat. Despite its intimidating appearance, this entity is rather friendly, eager to assist whatever life comes passing by. Researchers were able to hold a coherent conversation with it, but the entity always seemed more interested in them than itself. When asked its name, the entity only replies, ‘I am the small god of Mercy.” Sadly, this entity does not seem to actually know how to take care of other creatures, though it certainly wouldn’t let you know that fact. . . .

I accidentally turned this into more of an SCP than I originally intended, whoops. Still came out interestingly!

SCP-388, aka Corn Gods

For clarification this scp isn’t canon and I doubt I will submit it to the wiki I just wanted to challenge myself and how I write. But anyway that’s why the number is probably taken. It’s a WIP. SCP-388 aka the Corn Gods. Object Class Euclid Special containment procedures: One man is to live in the on site house and go about normal life as if working a normal farm. Every time upon entering the field on site worker must carry SCP-388-A. Every three months a man between the ages of 35-55 is to go into the field without SCP-388-A.Every year on _____ a woman between the ages of 25-35 is to go into the field carrying SCP-388-A. This is also known as process Iotoa-7. If SCP-388-1 or SCP-388-2 are to leave the confines of the field one person is to go into the field immediately. Reference SCP-388-Addendum-1 for further details. Description: SCP-388 is a small farm in ______ with a one story brick house in front of a 800 m by 800 m cornfield. SCP-388 was brought to the foundations attention ______ when local kids and teens started going missing after the death of,_______, the farmer who worked there. According to research it was he who kept them away from the field.  When SCP personnel arrived they found the field to be full of corn with ears of what seemed to be corn around the edges of the field. Personnel went into the house finding the partially eaten corpse of ________.  When going into the field all male personnel were killed by SCP-388-1 and SCP-388-2 and partially eaten. One female officer _________, was _____ and ________ by ________ of the ______________ by SCP- 388-1 and SCP-388-2. Because of this Site 57 was constructed around the farm so no one else wanders in on accident. SCP-388-1, SCP-388-2 Within SCP-388 reside two creatures dubbed SCP-388-1 and SCP-388-2. Humanoid in nature with ‘masks’ of leaves. Both seem to be 2 m tall when standing on back legs but seem to prefer being on all fours measuring only 1 m tall at the shoulder when on all fours. Both have needle sharp teeth that excrete a neurotoxin and claws 6 cm long. SCP-388-1 and SCP-388-2 are bound to the 800 m by 800 m cornfield, by which means they are bound to this area are not yet known, it is area of further research and study. SCP-388-1 and SCP-388-2 are hostile and will __ and ____ any males between the ages of 35-55 that enter the field, they are kept back only if the male is carrying SCP-388-A. For reasons not yet known SCP-388-A keeps SCP-388-1 and SCP-388-2 at bay, though experiments have shown them to be curious of the individual. However they both stay out of a 1 m radius of the individual. Recordings found them to make strange gestures and clicks to each other.  Experiments have shown them to be sentient and rather intelligent enjoying children’s puzzles and playing with the cameras inside of SCP-388. SCP-388-1 and SCP-388-2 also understand the patterns of behavior of the researchers working at  Site 57 and _____ them when the processes of Iotoa-7 is not met. SCP Jerboa Subject Class: Jerboa Safe

Jerboa is an SCP that refuses to take a proper “Number” name as they put it, and demands only being called SCP Jerboa. They also demand that the word “Jerboa” be placed in words describing them.

SCP Jerboa was discovered upon an incident where SCP 049 and SCP 106 made physical contact, opening a pocket dimension in the middle of the facilities hallway. This Dimension is said to be called “Jerboa Realm” Containment has been made around the portal to keep workers from accidentally walking in. Hallway is still in use Around the portal.

The Jerboa Realm is ever shifting shades of Blue, there appears to be no gravity, and any who enter the realm emit a white Jerboa aura, however, The Jerboa People do not have this aura. It is in theory that the blue may be their Jerboa Aura.

The Jerboa People speak in hushed Jerboa tones and offer some of their infinite supply of Jerboa Croutons to whoever enters their Jerboa Realm. They are not hostile, they are very caring and polite, and the Jerboa Realm smells of clean laundry and croutons. The Jerboa cause an unusual desire to consistently use the word Jerboa. The Jerboa People claim that their infinite supply of Jerboa croutons are Magical, further testing has shown that they are regular croutons.
