So, the day before, I was supposed to deliver a lecture at a clubhouse in Myllypuro about smartphone usage for job-finding purposes, for Työste.

Unfortunately, nobody came but we did find something to do, which was namely to talk about Tweetdeck and Facebook/Twitter integration and a little bit about iOS and LinkedIn.

And I got some bottles!!

Imagine that, we’re at 213€!! Thanks for the support, Työste!

Around 6 days later, I find this receipt. 

I believe this was for two cans! Is that possible? Oh yes it is. Myllypuro sported me the required 0,30€ and here we are.. Slowly yet surely closer to 1%. Ouch.

While I was preparing to deliver a 6-10 minute speech at a meeting called Työsteen Sillat, organized by Työste, held at Asukastalo Mylläri, in Myllypuro, of all places.. I got Flowdocked by one Celine at Grand Cru. 

She was like: mad bags full o’ bottles come get em fast yo!. Well, no she wasn’t. At all. ... At all. I was unable to find an appropriate animated jif to drive that home.

Anyway, I sweated with a microphone in hand for 10 minutes + took questions in Myllypuro, then did the PowerPoint rescue operation five times, then ran to Hämeentie 33 and uhh here’s the result. I heard a lot of beeps. A ton of beeps.

You only hear those beeps when the depositmachine says “I do not comprehend what this is”. But, ultimately, that does not matter at all. At all. Because we just jumped from 84% to 88,9%!

Also, additional detail: speaking of grumpy LIDL goers, one actually handed me a 0,15€ can because he thought I needed it more, and another praised me for my patience, letting him return his while I waited to resume returning mine.
