#FlexibleDieting Full Day of Eating - feat. my froyo treat from yesterday because I know there's atleast someone who wondered how could I fit that in #mymacros without forsaking fiber or starving myself for it. 🔸breakfast- protein pancakes w fruit/ 2 tbs PB & sf syrup. 🔸lunch/dinner all about using volume - broccoli & lots of protein (99% ff lean ground turkey) 🔸snack was protein shake + @musclepharm #combatcrunch bar in the new Cookies n' Cream flavor- (btw CC has totally edged out Quest in fav protein bars for me. Taste is better, macro profiles are similar, less sugar alcohols too cause my tummy doesn't like those). 🔸froyo- 4oz, (120cals alone) after toppings came out to about 355 cals altogether & ~60g carbs. I can't do this everyday cause I personally need more carbs before a workout, but for a rest day it was def worth the trade off. #FullDayofEating #IIFYM #iifymgirls
