It's almost a new year which got me thinking. What do I want for me and what would make me happy. Here's one. I want a girl who I can sing and dance with. Who would be happy to dance and kiss me while it was raining. I want us to be able to dance, to have that one on one connection. To be able to look into your eyes and not only see the warmth that emulate from them but also feel the love and desire you have for me. I want you to look at me like I'm you're superhero. Like you've just met one of your all time favorite idols. That expression of wonder and amazement would never falter for it would always greet me the first time you've set your eyes on me each day. I would be your sparkling diamond shining brightly for you would be my one and only. And what can I say about effort? Here's what I have to say. It's so fucking sexy and relieving to see. I want you to be that one to get jealous over me but to also have an understanding that I want no one else but you. To know that I drive you so mad, that's what I'll ultimately look for. I'd love to treat you as my forever princess. To be there for you in the times of darkness and light. We'd plan trips to go to an open field at night to see the stars shining above us. For us to go to Rockefeller Center during Christmas time to get a magical photo of us. I'd love to surprise you with little things here and there. A simple set of earrings one day and a Starbucks the next, and maybe even a Tiffany necklace the other. I don't know if what I'm looking for is impossible. As an optimist I believe that in the 7+ billion people there is that one person who can fit the bill. It's just a matter of time. Of effort of how much you want to find that special someone. I go by one of the sayings that good things take time. And so here I am, waiting until our lives finally cross paths, for when it will it will be like an ocean wave. What I Want In Life...

I want to not be in school.

I want to take my cat, my jeep, my shit.

I want to go some place that society hasn't touched.

I want to run away.

I want to be loved by someone new.

I want to do my own thing.

I want a little house.

I don't want to feel broken any longer.

I wish...

Society seemingly puts this idea into people’s heads. For example, you have to be the perfect weight, perfect height, have the perfect voice, and have a perfect life. You have to play sports and maintain a 4.0. You have to go to college and get the perfect job to keep your perfect life in check. Well, this is what I want. This is my idea. I wish I was happy most of the time, so people wouldn’t judge me when I’m sad or angry. I wish I could flaunt my body without feeling insecure sometimes. I wish I wouldn’t get picked on because I’m not the perfect idea that society wants. I wish there weren’t judgments about sexuality. I wish there weren’t judgments about beliefs or lifestyles. I wish I could live life in total harmony without having to walk down the street knowing something bad might of happen just because innocent people die frequently. I wish society didn’t have such high expectations of everyone and could just allow people to live their lives happily.
