My year of me
1. Spend more time on me and find out who I am. For the past 7 years I have been questioning my sexuality. I have never been in a relationship with a guy or girl and I don’t want to label myself as gay or straight without having any experience. I plan to join the LGBTQ+ society at university in the hopes that it will make friends and be able to BEGIN to find out who I am.
2. Journal. This will help me with my self confidence and allow me to spend 10-15 minutes at the end of the day to reflect it.
3. Daily affirmations. Doing this will keep up my confidence and help me to begin a journey of self-love.
4. Gym (at least 2 times a week). One of my biggest insecurities is my body. I am not the super fit six pack person. I want to begin to change who I am on the outside to match the changing on the inside. I want to be able to look in a mirror and smile at what I see.
5. Self-care skin routine. This means keeping a healthy skin routine of washing my face every morning and taking care of my skin. I also plan to eat more fruit and veg to help with my skin.

Rest day, but no rest for me
Today started out with a bang. Got into an argument with someone I work with about what “up to” means. Same person that argued with me over the definition of ‘one per customer’. UGH!
But today is cardio rest day. I’m grocery shopping on my lunch break. The fun never ends.
Even though today is cardio rest, I am going to do some stretching and movement exercises. Nothing strenuous, but enough so I feel like I am doing something.
IF is going ok. I was hungry when I came home last night. Didn’t snack or eat. I was starving when I woke up. Still haven’t eaten. I have 20 minutes left on my 17 hour fast. First thing will be a handful of almonds, and a bowl of blueberry oatmeal. And I can’t wait for it! 6 minutes left!
Other than that, work job #2 tonight and tomorrow. Snow is expected this weekend. And I am looking forward to a new hair cut on Saturday!
