Alterhuman/fictionkin joy is having a friend group who likes to roleplay/LARP and usually "role-playing" as your kintype (and the group lowkey knows your fictionkin) but I haven't been able to go for a few days,

until today, and they told me that no one has role-played as my "character"/kintype when I've been gone, saying that I'm the truest embodiment of him/the real him/him in human form, and it just made me really happy!! :) I felt very seen.

And my friend also introduced me too a new member of the group as my kintype, since they've mostly talked about me "in character".

Well, now I need someone to write me a little fic where his coat gets temporarily disintegrated during an altercation with Vox and leaves his tail on full display while he gets a new one tailored. And in the few days of time that this takes, the hotel crew starts picking up on the emotional signaling of the tail enough to start surreptitiously backing him up whenever they see it flash, which frequently happens to be when Vox is doing his best to gloat about fucking up Alastor's wardrobe. Cue slow dawning that Alastor has actual emotions about his and Vox's falling out, and subsequent found family vibes.
