The Wasted Potential Of Menma Uzamaki

I find it very ironic that for a series with MULTIPLE foils/evil counterparts for its main character when it came time to make a literal evil counterpart they dropped the ball because unlike the other counterparts seen in Road To Ninja Menma is seemingly no different from Naruto besides a different name and having parents, the reason Menma is evil in the movie is because Tobi is controlling him as at the end his black hair turns to blonde and he had the Sharingan. I just feel like they should’ve went full hog on the Evil Naruto thing like making him a Naruto that gave in to hate and dedicated his life to destroying the village,make Naruto face what he could’ve became if he didnt have so many people beside him, add in a plot point of Menma being resentful of his parents for putting a demon inside him(Naruto literally punched Minato in the face when they first met) like you can keep Tobi,you can keep the other alternates, You can even keep Sakuras subplot but come one make an actual Evil Naruto thats his own person and not a manifestation of Narutos negative thoughts. Also they could at least use him in other media like in video games where he’s his own character or at least an alternate costume for Naruto.

Now we talk about the other side of the Ryo

The Nonsensical Existence of Menma Namikaze.

Menma Namikaze unlike his movie counterpart is an actual alternate of Naruto, He has differences in his appearance,his personalties different,he grew up with friends and bonded with Kurama much earlier but theres one problem: His existence makes no fucking sense because he along with the other RTN counterparts appear in the Infinite Tsukuyomi dream of TENTEN of all people and the jutsu is supposed to put those under its affects in a dream world where they have everything they’ve ever wanted:

Hinatas is her dating Naruto

Shinos is him taming giant bugs

Meis is her getting married

Lee gets Sakuras Love

Kankurō has a giant robot puppet

Gaara has a happy life with all his love ones and has Naruto as a best friend since childhood

And TenTen dreams of a world where everyone the opposite of themselves…do you see the problem here?

How about a family picnic! (Naruto, sasuke, menma)

This is the 3rd picnic I’ve drawn lolll but here is an SNS family picnic where Naruto and Sasuke only packed tomatoes and cup ramen. Menma was hoping aunty Hinata would’ve made the picnic basket.

It's the 10th of october and that means it's Narutos Birthday ^^ (and sorry but in my opinion it's Menmas Birthday too since he IS Naruto in another parallel universe and so on...)

So let's celebrate those two hot and cute af guys today 🥳🥳🥳

I have to say that it's a bit of a strange and awkward feeling to see this once so noisy and childish guy have so grown up lately...but I have to tell ya that I unfortunetally totally dislike his grown up version in Boruto ... (I mean, come on Kishimoto, why his cute spiky hair???? 😭😭😭)

Na, well, it's a matter of taste, no...?

Here's my interpretation of the NaruSasu kid Menma! His cloak is inspired by the one the character wears in his movie! It was interesting working with faux fur for the first time but I think it came out well! Menma's face was also the first one I tried a little shading in the eyes on and I really love it! I hope you like him as much as I do!~

¡Y Aquí está el Clan Yamanaka! Este es un recopilación de los miembros del clan Yamanaka más mis Headcanons, si, puse a Santa como el hermano menor tardío de Inoichi, y es que Inoichi aunque es el Jefe del Clan, tiene 5 hermanas Mayores. La primera hermana dio a Luz a Hakui y Doshin, su rama es una caída ya que el cuñado de Inoichi decidió derrocarlo para poner a Hakui como el próximo Heredero al nacer como el único chico de la familia (Hasta que después llegó Fu y el Hermano menor de Hakui) Después viene la segunda hermana que dio a luz a Seira/Komachi, a Shiho y a Futaba. (Este era un Headcanon que sigue en construcción) Después viene la tercera hermana que gracias a la influencia de Root se casó con el Príncipe del País de los Fideos dando por resultado a Fuku (Por eso es que se parece tanto a Ino) Después viene la cuarta hermana que dio a luz a Fu Yamanaka, este es hijo único y prodigo, pero por una mala clasificación de misión sus padres son Huérfanos y fue cuidado por Inoichi hasta que Danzo lo "Apadrinó" Por ultimo, está la quinta hermana que fue "Secuestrada" Y... En realidad se escapó con un joven en quién encontró el amor, este resultó ser hijo de un Jefe de Aldea donde está sellada una "Bestia Espiritual" y dio a luz a Menma y Nazuna, al estos caer en el radar de Konoha, Inoichi decidió cuidarlos y entrenarlos en Konoha como una forma de mostrar compasión y compensación a su hermana. (Indirectamente Konoha aprovechó para anexar esta pequeña Aldea a sus territorios con Protección garantizada) Y figuran como miembros adoptados por el Plan, esto para no socavar la reputación del Clan, de los chicos ni de su madre. Inoichi se casó con Haruhi por compromiso politico pero encontró el amor con el pasar del tiempo. Y por ultimo, tenemos a Santa, quién resultó en un nacimiento tardío. Nadie esperaba (Ni los mismos abuelos de Ino) que hubiera un embarazo después de que pasaron la edad "ideal" de fertilidad, al Padre de Inoichi no le importó la salud de su esposa y la obligó a dar a luz ignorando los deseos de sus Hijos, especialmente de Inoichi, quien se negaba vehementemente a que siguiera con el embarazo, pero incluso Inoichi siendo el único heredero legal fue amenazado por su padre a que si seguía contradiciendolo le quitaría su derecho como primogénito masculino (A ser el próximo cabeza del Clan Yamanaka), en el día de alumbramiento una vida nació y otra murió. Inoichi y sus hermanas perdieron una madre, pero obtuvieron un pequeño hermano: Santa. Después de lo sucedido, Inoichi no perdonó a su progenitor y "coincidentemente" la familia principal se quedó sin su antiguo patriarca, ya que este se suicidó solo dejando una carta que marcaba la sucesión de Inoichi como el próximo Jefe de Clan. La única que se enteró de la verdad fue la joven quinta hermana de Inoichi, quién a su vez, después del "trágico suceso" vio reflejado en los ojos de su primer hermano menor la "maldad" que alguna vez visualizó en su ya, ahora muerto, padre. Santa nació y creció lleno de amor por parte de todas su hermanas, y especialmente por parte de Inoichi quién decidió hacerse cargo de él junto a su prometida, luego esposa Haruhi. A los 20 veranos transcurridos en la vida de Santa, tuvo una "pequeña" situación que fue desencadenante para que este tuviera (Sin saberlo) descendencia, con su único amor oculto: Yurika. Y por si aun están interesados en lo que resta de la familia, podemos encontrar a Hibari, la sobrina de Haruhi y... Kohan? el hijo de... Komachi? Disfruten.
