I'm getting excited now; tomorrow I TURN 19! 🙈👯 I've been feeling too sick lately to even really remember. I wasn't feeling anything but helplessness. Last night despite having no sleep I feel a lot better this morning after changing my diet yesterday and stopping the recent medication j was put on. My mum also surprised me by rearranging my room for me and I think that helped a lot. Small steps in the right direction, I have a long way to go but I feel I will get there. I'm smiling again. I know, scary thought that I wasn't smiling or laughing. That's okay, I am getting there again. Now to go pick some more lavender for my room, find a candle and some other things.
