I've been craving some sweet sticky chinese take-out type of protein with fried rice for TOO LONG and I ate this last night in about 5 minutes flat (yes I have an eating speed problem). 🥡🥡🥡 .. I took some @nasoya superfirm tofu that I had frozen and then thawed out and used @frommybowl 's crispy tofu recipe that I then tossed in a mix of sweet chili and gochujang sauce. Piled on top of brown basmati rice mixed with onions, peas, and carrots it was the perfect Chinese food fix!
