Not to say it wasn't deserved, it very much was. Kids died there ffs.
But also not to say uncle sam wasn't involved. Just like in Sri Lanka, Bangladesh and in Pak.
Indian brothers and sisters, its our responsibility to dismantle each and every propaganda against the state. Qualms with the government aside, an instable, civil war prone India puts all our necks on line. INC heading India means loss of sovereignty and jungle raaj.
Efforts are being made since long ago. Manipur instability because of proxy with Myanmar and China, Farmer's protest, Vote chori propaganda, its all had US involvement, either directly or by puppets such as Khalistani org Sikhs for Justice.
We have come unscathed each time, but now that we are of voting age, it is our responsibility to know the truth and not fall for propaganda. A wrong Vote can cost us.
So I urge everyone. Everytime an issue erupts out of nowhere, study it up. Deconstruct the propaganda narratives actively on social media where they fester (stay unanimous preferably because you might have people labbeling you with slurs) because an effort is being made to sway the youth by peddling narratives on social media and creating a false sense of urgency by repeating them from various accounts, paying influencers and such.
Anarchy and Facilitating a puppet regime will hurt our interests more than anything right now can.
Dairy and Agriculture sectors, which are primary places of employment in India will suffer horribly if US is allowed free access to those markets with their subsidised goods.
Complaining of developement now? We'll regress by decades with the losses that will cause to our biggest economic sector for a population of 1.4 B.
Simple words? The economy would be devastated. Forget fastest growing nation, we won't be growing anymore after that.
Lets not forget the terror attacks. Now we have them enough under control that a slip up can be termed as government's "Saazish" by some budhhijeevi because "ye itni lagaam hai to occasionally lapse kyu ho rahe hai?"
Pre 2014 we not only had like 3 times the terror attacks, (not including the casual bomb blasts in the entire country) the country's incompetence in tackling them was so visible that no one would think of accusing the government for orchestrating them.
The youth of this country grew up privileged in these regards. We didn't have to check under the seats of theatres for bags, we didn't have to worry about occasional goons coming upto us and making unreasonable demands in exchange of our lives and we never truly saw what external pressure on nation looked like. They have lesser idea of what they risk by electing the current leader of opposition and his incompetence, because his past is being cleverly whitewashed on social media by bots and paid accounts.
Hell, what do you think the next step after overthrowing the government would be?
Who is to be the next leader? What is his vision? What are his policies?
These questions need to be asked everytime such question arises.
India is a large country, an uprising won't be easy here. But just in case anarchy knocks our door, we are done for.
