I wasn't seeing any results! I'm not gonna lie! I was so comfortable in my workout routine I couldn't imagine changing it. In fact I even had some fear of not knowing how my body would respond to another plan! But I started to realize that in my comfort NOTHING was changing I had plateaued. That's when my coach reached out to me and asked about my results. To be frank I stopped having any. He told me to give him 30 days and if I wasn't happy at the end, then I could get my money back. It was more the fear of change than anything that was holding me back, the unknown loss of control. But I gave it 30 days. 30 days of working out at home, checking in with my coach and the amazing people in his group and sharing our experiences together, 30 days on a meal plan and you know what?! For the first time in years, I was seeing REAL results!
