puppyboy!ness who’s the clingiest and most affectionate pup you’ve ever met, constantly hovering around you and giving you hugs randomly throughout the day.
puppyboy!ness who would rather cut off his own arm than willingly part from you, which required you to constantly pry him off while listening to his pitiful whimpers.
puppyboy!ness who finds genuine joy in helping you with absolutely anything. whether it be house chores or just fetching something from another room for you.
puppyboy!ness who once offered to help assemble a dresser. but you shooed him off, worried that he might hurt himself since he wasn’t familiar with the tools. however, the rejection stung harder than anything, causing him to withdraw gradually, thinking that he was redundant and hindering you.
puppyboy!ness who would overthink everything, feeling useless and opting to quietly sit beside you instead of the usual pawing at your shirt and demanding for head pats.
puppyboy!ness whose ears were constantly flattened to the top of his head, the never ending tail wags finally ceased and was instead tucked between his legs. soon enough you pointed out his troubled behavior and asked what was wrong.

puppyboy!ness who was finally his usual self around you, tail thumping loudly against the ground happily as you gave him task after task to complete. beaming at you whenever you rewarded him with head rubs or pecks against his chubby cheek.
