Starting out with healthy eating? Follow these steps to get you started: ✅ chose a calorie target! Don’t make this too low!!! This is completely dependant on the individual but if you are really hungry, feel faint, no energy, headaches, not sleeping well/ waking up in the night, irritable, training is suffering or you can’t sustain the calorie intake and end up binge eating? Then your calories may be too low! It is easier to start slightly higher than you think and gradually lower the calories, than it is to start way too low on calories! ✅ give it time, wait at least 4 weeks making sure you are consistent with your nutrition before you make changes!!! It doesn’t just happen overnight! ✅ make good choices but you don’t beat yourself up if you are not perfect all of the time!! If you have some food that are not the healthiest, log them into your food tracking app and then move on!!
