After the week I had last week, I needed this gentle reminder. Are you guilty of not giving yourself permission to do certain things or feel a certain way because you are always thinking “I have to do xyz…then I will be satisfied” I am going to work my butt off to stop doing this to myself and give myself permission to celebrate the victories no matter how big or small. 💚
