Regarding “Collusion”

I suppose we'll hear a lot in the next few days on whether Mueller uncovered "collusion" between Russia and the Trump Campaign. I'm trying to figure out what "collusion" means beyond what is already publicly reported and (at most) minimaly disputed.

Russian operatives met with Trump's campaign manager, son, and son-in-law to a) express their support for Trump, b) offer potentially damaging information, and c) lobby for some policy changes they wanted

Russian state-sponsored hackers, at the direction of the Kremlin, stole potentially embarassing documents from Democrats.

This information was fed to WikiLeaks that timed and targetted the release to be as damaging as possible to Clinton.

A close personal friend and long time confidante of Trump shuttled communication about these releases between WikiLeaks and the campaing.

Trump personally and publicly asked for Russia to hack Clinton's emails.

Trump's campaign manager was not paid anything by Trump's campaign. He had, however, been paid around $60 million dollars lobbying for a pro-Kremlin Ukrainian interest. He did the campaing work expecting that this would leed to future business of the same type. Russia essentially paid for Trump's campaign manager.

Following the election, but before Trump was sworn in, Trump's national security adviser repeatedly met with Russian interests to reassure them that Trump would be friendlier to them than the Obama administration had been. He then lied to Congress. Trump fired the FBI director when the director would not agree to drop the matter.

Following Trump's election, the administration has been enormously conciliatory toward Russia from everything from sanctions to military policy.

In sum, Russia offered to help Trump in exchange for some specific things it wants. Trump personally and publicly asked for assistance strikingly similar to what occurred. Russia delivered on that offer. The administration has been and is continuing to deliver the policies Russia wants. What more is there?
