Today was a mid range feet spread variation of squats. Wanted legs little less than shoulder width to isolate and focus more on the medial, lateral, and intermedial heads of the quads. Usually I do a wide spread which works the vastus lateralis and adductors thoroughly. Expanding my ranges and showing the improvement of my flexibility from daily stretching.
