These were my results on the Strength section: ✔️Clean&Press 12-12-12 (20lbs on each side) 🏋️ This was the hardest one for me ✔️Squats 24-27-28 (20lbs on each side) ✔️Wall Burpees 19-19-20 ✔️ Push-ups 23-25-27 (I did them on my knees cause my left wrist is hurting) ✔️Bicep Curls 27-30-30 (10lbs on each side) ✔️Tricep Dips 20-23-25 (hands on 1 challenger bar and elevated legs on the other) ✔️Shoulder Press 24-27-30 (10lbs on each side) ✔️Rows 35-38-40 (10lbs on each side) ✔️Tuck abs 19-21-24 (on the floor) *Plus the 10lb vest during the entire workout* .
