This no-knead bread and pizza dough recipe is incredibly easy to make and yields fantastic results every time. With just a few simple ingredients and some patience, you can enjoy delicious homemade bread or pizza with a perfectly crispy crust and soft interior.
Ingredients: 3 cups all-purpose flour. 1 1/2 teaspoons salt. 1/4 teaspoon active dry yeast. 1 1/2 cups warm water.
Instructions: Put flour, salt, and yeast in a large bowl and mix them together. Put in warm water and mix it in until a rough dough forms. Put plastic wrap over the bowl and leave it at room temperature for 12 to 18 hours. Start by heating the oven up to 450F 230C. As the oven heats up, put a Dutch oven or pizza stone with a lid in it. Place the dough on a floured surface and shape it into a round loaf. You can also cut it into pieces to make pizza. Once the Dutch oven is hot, put the dough in it, cover it, and bake it for 30 minutes. After that, take off the lid and bake for another 15 to 20 minutes, until the top is golden brown. Prepare the pizza stone by heating it up. Roll out the dough, add your favorite toppings, and bake on the stone for 12 to 15 minutes, or until the crust is golden and the toppings are bubbly and cooked. Let the pizza or bread cool down a bit before cutting it up and serving it.
