Emma's a leash baby. not because she necessarily needs it— she's a good girl, she won't run off, but she likes the safety of it.

all her anxiety gets so amplified when she's little, and it's nice to have something attaching her to mama, a physical feeling of safety with the harness around her. Dana likes it, too, so protective over her little lamb always, so it works great for both of them. they both know little Emma can't get lost.

plus Dana likes to tug Emma over with it, watching her girl giggle as she slumps willingly into Dana's grasp. hey, pretty pup. mama missed you!

look I just think if you're an attending or charge nurse at the PTMC, it's your DUTY (and probably in your contract) that you need to date someone at least 15 years younger than you.
