Ingredients: 8 oz spaghetti noodles. 1 lb ground chicken. 2 cloves garlic, minced. 1/4 cup breadcrumbs. 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese. 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley. 1/2 tsp dried oregano. 1/2 tsp dried basil. Salt and pepper to taste. 2 tbsp olive oil. 2 cups marinara sauce. 1/4 cup grated mozzarella cheese.
Instructions: Get the oven ready by heating it up to 400F 200C. Follow the directions on the package to cook the spaghetti until it is al dente. Remove the water and set it aside. Ground chicken, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, parsley, oregano, basil, salt, and pepper should all be mixed together in a bowl. Mix everything together well. Make meatballs out of the chicken mixture that are about an inch across. Warm up a big pan with olive oil over medium-low heat. It will take about 6 to 8 minutes of cooking after adding the chicken meatballs until they are browned on all sides. Cover the meatballs in marinara sauce in the pan. Grate some mozzarella cheese on top. Place the skillet in an oven that has already been heated up. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes, or until the meatballs are fully cooked and the cheese is melted and bubbling. Put the baked chicken meatballs and sauce on top of the garlic herb spaghetti that has been served on plates. Have fun with your tasty Garlic Herb Spaghetti with Baked Chicken Meatballs!
