Breakfast... Egg whites with broccoli, tomato, vegan cheese, Mediterranean chicken sausage (no pork casing), and a side of avocado. I've officially given up red meat. I'm really going to start looking into red meat alternatives, like jackfruit, and seitan (is that how it's spelled?). Anything but soy.
