we nested in the back of his van. pillows and blankets and snacks. talked and laughed. listened to music. he played me my favorite songs on guitar. we exchanged gifts; i made him a bracelet, he got me a promise ring. we talked about the future, about getting a place together soon. we looked at the stars. i'm so so so in love with him.

Just how much time do you think I have left?
