No weightloss
Sometimes my body doesn’t lose weight for a week and I’m not even mad about it. I managed to lose 22kg (48.5lbs) now from when I started dieting and I’m proud of that! My goal is to lose another 20kg, but I’m proud of the way it goes so far!
I’m not saying I don’t mind at all, but I’m just saying I’m positive about what I’ve already accomplished!
My official weigh in day is tomorrow but I thought I'd start to make it on Monday mornings as it's the start of the week. The scales show I'm still at 10st 7lb 😭. --------- I have been on that time of the month this week so I'm blaming that but it's still disheartening as my syns have been 5 or less and I've been drinking lots of water 💦 😞 --------- I will keep going and hopefully next week I will have a decent loss but I'm wondering whether the plan should be tweaked for me because I'm at a healthy BMI and don't have tons to lose?! No weight loss last week. I was a slacker and I know it. Need to pick it up and lose this weight. I know slow progress is better than none but I had no progress last week. Pick it up lady!

So today was another weigh in day. I lost 0 lbs. Insert many expletives.
Hopefully it’s just my body adjusting to the rapid weightloss that I’ve been experiencing recently.
