The majority of their dates consist of Richie watching anime while Charlie writes fanfiction or just the two of them info dumping to each other about their special interests
They were so nervous at first that they could barely hold hands in the hall way
Richie often sends Charlie cringy anime memes thinking they're the most hilarious things ever and Charlie just pretends that it's funny for Richie's sake
Charlie hates sports but attempts to go to the football games to see Richie as Zeke they always clap the loudest for him whenever he comes onto the field
Sometimes they dye their hair together, Richie often tries to convince Charlie to dye her hair blue like his. So they'd match, once she finally caved Richie was deliriously happy! And spent about a week showing it off.
Charlie's a writer, and before they and Richie started dating, she wrote a one shot story about the two of them. And accidently sent it to Richie one day during class. They practically had a heart attack before Richie sent back a one shot of his own! And that's how they started dating! Lol
Charlie has autism & massive anxiety so they bring their ESSA (emotional support stuffed animal) which is a Build A Bear Frog with them everywhere they were worried that Richie would find it cringe and make fun of them but he bought his own Frog to match with Charlie that he brings everywhere too to be supportive <3
Richie sometimes calls Charlie his waifu/husbando depending on weather they feels fem or masc
