Okay, there are a few small things about Chaos Theory I wanna talk about before I'm done for good.
1. The Leucistic Baryonyx. A seriously cool idea for a dinosaur that was killed off before we could see what it could truly do. It's never even utilized on other animals, nor is it ever brought up again after Season 2.
Such a waste of a cool Baryonyx design.🤦♀️
2. The designs of the 4 new species they introduced.
Pachyrhinosaurus, Becklespinax, Majungasaurus, and Suchomimus.
They're all phenomenal. Too bad The first three barely got many notable scenes, and Suchomimus may not even be a valid tax on anymore...🥲
(Yes I'm still bitter about that)
3. Toro the Carnotaurus never even got to cameo in this show. But in restrospect, maybe that was a good thing...
4. Apatosaurus just straight up doesn't seem to exist anymore. (Granted it wasn't in Camp Cretaceous either, but I'm willing to forgive that show cause most of them did get slaughtered by the Indominus on Nublar)
I still detest this show's existence. Even with any positives, they're vastly outweighed by the landfills of negatives.
I'm glad that, after this, I'll never need to talk about it ever again.
I'm pretending the Camp Cretaceous finale was the true end point for these characters.
Which of the Nublar 6 is you're favorite?
oHMYGOD it's BROOKLYNN. First of all, CC brooklynn was famous to the degree that it altered her self-esteem and general mental health in a way that was harmful to her. I was semi-famous as a child/early teen, and it impacted me in a very similar way. I do see a lot of myself in her. She's messy and traumatized and sometimes ends up hurting people when making decisions that feel right to her. I see a lot of myself in her.
