Ingredients: 1 cup green banana flour. 2 eggs. 1/2 cup almond milk. 2 tbsp maple syrup. 1 tsp vanilla extract. 1/2 tsp baking powder. Pinch of salt. Coconut oil for cooking.
Instructions: Add the eggs, almond milk, maple syrup, vanilla extract, baking powder, and salt to a bowl and mix them together. Mix until it's smooth. Put the pan on medium heat and lightly coat it with coconut oil. For each pancake, put about 1/4 cup of batter on the pan. Start cooking when the top starts to bubble. Then turn it over and cook until both sides are golden brown. Do it again with the rest of the batter. Warm it up and top it with your favorite things, like nuts, fresh fruit, or maple syrup.
