A lot of things I’ve been reading about lately have been about focusing on our akhira (afterlife) and not being too focused on dunya (worldly life). While it is natural to want a good life, and to enjoy worldly success (whatever that means to you), it is important to remain focused on the eternal life, and what our fate will be beyond the grave.
